Ciara leaves Sta. Magdalena unannounced and embarks on a journey to find Lucas, completely unaware that she has fallen into the young man’s cunning tricks. Meanwhile, Ciara’s disappearance reopens old wounds from Melissa’s past.

Now that he is out of prison, Elias becomes even more determined to complete his revenge plot against Melissa with the help of Lucas. Everything goes smoothly until Lucas’ feelings for Ciara start getting in the way of their years-long plan.
