Jan has for many years been fighting his loneliness and health. An operation is his only option, if he wants to survive. The buss driver Flemming is one of a huge group of lower educated men, that do not have a family. He is looking for his one and only, and tries out singles parties and dating websites. But it is difficult since modern women has so many requirements according to him.

Flemming gets a peptalk by his friend Tony before the singles party. Claus takes a difficult choice and asks for help to move on with his life. And Peter tries to break his isolation by joining a rhythmic music group. But he have never played any musical instruments before, and is excited about how it will go.

The buss driver Flemming looses his best friend. The death gives him a lot to think about. Denis gets a new chance at an internship, but finds it difficult seeing the world outside his apartment. Mike goes to Vorbasse market, here he meets his idol, both as a man and a musician. Johnny Hansen from the orchestra Kandis. And the singer and social reformer Allan Olsen plays in Flemmings hometown Gørding, and has a pep talk with all the men that came to his show.
