Many thefts are happening on the sea, on boats, and the various bays. The majority of stolen items were propellers from large boats. But how did they begin to steal them? May include - Foul language.

Until they get notified of a robbery of original art and a festa pavilion. Leonard plans how the team will handle these two cases.
