Italian Barbecue
Luana receives her friend Mathilde and her sisters to make a tasty meal around an Italian barbecue. The gourmet Italian burger composed with a basil mayonnaise sauce, delicious meat and melted scarmorze. It will be accompanied by chicken gremolata and eggplants. The gremolata is a mixture of Milanese herbs and aromatics with garlic, parsley, lemon and sometimes anchovies.
