TEN STRIJDE! (2017 - 2017)

In the May days of 1940, the Grebbeberg played a major role during the German invasion of the Netherlands. Unexpectedly, the Dutch held out against the Germans for days, but in the end it was a lost cause.

Most people know that the Silver Fleet on the other side of the world, in the Caribbean near Cuba, was conquered by Piet Hein. Jort and Pieter Jan show how this legendary victory over the Spaniards came to be.

There were Dutch heroes who decided to continue fighting after the capitulation. Hans Larive was one of those. Brave, creative and driven. Pieter Jan and Jort follow his adventures.
