Super 8 Hitting System (2010 - 2010)

Learn how to use the system effectively. This session breaks down hitting into three major categories. Judgemental Skills, Contact Skills, and Speciality Drills for treating special problems.

The drills consist of a player correctly modeling both the practice and game phases of hitting.

In this session, outstanding world-acclaimed fitness experts teach us about nutrition, strength, and conditioning for peak performance in baseball.

An overview of the products used in the system and "SuperSmart" which gives insight into the hitting & Pitching. Followed by Skull Sessions, which is a system of drills to help the hitter to better identify different pitch types, and how to see the ball in the release zone.
