The climate is perfect for Todd to explore Cuba, an island that's been off limits his entire life. In Havana, Todd meets up with guest star Les Stroud (Survivorman), and the two embark on an eventful journey across the island.

Todd plans a food truck cafe at the Louvre, but innovators don't often get a warm welcome in Paris. Todd meets American chefs and learns the secrets to the City of Lights, then he's off to Morocco in search of a rare machine.

Todd marks the 20th anniversary of his company, La Colombe, and 10 years of marriage to singer Lauren Hart. Heading to Zambia to find the perfect anniversary roast, he ends up on an adventure that's not for the faint of heart.

Todd meets up with his friend Hamdi to explore the catacombs of Cappadocia and the delights of Istanbul, but as the regional struggle against ISIS spills into the streets, they find themselves en route to the Syrian border.

Todd invents draft iced latte and heads to Jamaica for its famous Blue Mountain Coffee, but a change of heart sends him to a Jamaica few travelers see: the backstreets of Kingston and authentic jerk pits deep in the mountains.

There's one country so important to Todd's business that he must go there every year. That country is Panama, and it boasts one of the fastest growing economies in the world. Panama also produces the most expensive coffees in the world. Todd's journey takes him through the transformed barrios of Panama City, to restaurants and cafes run by former gang members and trades punches with his childhood idol and former world champion boxer Roberto Duran. High in the mountain town of Boquete, Todd meets with a coffee genius who stands at the forefront of the industry and produces a bean that sells for an absurd 600 dollars a pound.
