Bill embraces the local's Swiss-Italian heritage with the creation of new pasta dishes and making up the perfect picnic before joining the fun run through the rural landscape to support of local kids.

Bill goes into the cattle country of outback Queensland where he finds thousands of prime Australian organic beef cattle and is then challenged to make a soufflé for fifty at the local race meet.
