The team works on renovating the gym, but Carol's choice for the new uniforms is met with contempt. Ronaldo gets annoyed by the gym's new red sign. A computer bug makes it impossible to sign up for Beth and Bráulio's classes.

Carol introduces the gym's new app to the team, but Daniel feels left aside. Ronaldo and Ri-Man meet old friends at the gym.

Maria Amélia and Soraya hear weird noises in the gym's restroom. Carol and Beth make plans to beat Fitness World.

Ri-Man hides from Ronaldo that he's working out and Daniel starts a YouTube channel. A gym member hits on Carol.
