Finn faces workplace scrutiny for his lack of arrests while Johan deliberately leaves clues to help the investigation, and Luca's law firm work faces trouble. In Europe, we meet Antonio Percy and see the strict Italian branch's operations.

Finn wrongly suspects innocent Joan Felipe while Giovanni is forced to seduce a police officer at a casino for information. The FLM contacts the Italian branch, resulting in Antonio being sent to Florida.

Joan Felipe hires Axel as his pro-bono lawyer, forcing Axel to balance his guilty knowledge against the police's evidence, while Luca becomes the prosecutor. Quinn and Stacy form a pact to discover their father's secrets, and Giovanni crashes at Axel's house.

Giovanni confronts Luca at his home in front of his family about his unfair treatment of Axel while Antonio Percy arrives in Florida. Axel discusses the case with Felipe and fears the trial is lost.

The courtroom finale sees Axel using Giovanni's intel to successfully get Felipe acquitted while Luca, distracted by Percy's presence, decides to keep Axel around. Felipe is found not guilty, concluding the first season.
