The Cupcake Guys are caught off guard when the addition of a new decorator leads to dissent among the staff; Griff and Rak run physical team-building drills to bring their cupcake squad back together.

Bryan's plan to put the guys on the map with a new cupcake flavor takes on a life of its own when Rak and Griff turn it into a contest; the loser must wear skimpy shorts while washing the winner's car.

On the brink of reaching their season-long "comeback" earning goals, Griff and Rak put it all on the line for a chance to honor their heritage and give back at Austin's Juneteenth festival.
