Miloš Petrović, a quick-witted crisis negotiator, teams up with the experienced Tanasije Žarković "Anker" on a tense case involving an armed suspect who takes several young police officers hostage inside a police station.

Tanasije, Nevena, and their new colleague, the ambitious young psychologist Minja Kovačević, handle a delicate case involving a suicidal individual. With every intervention carrying serious risks, they must rely on patience and negotiation to prevent a tragedy.
