Miloš Petrović, a quick-witted crisis negotiator, teams up with the experienced Tanasije Žarković "Anker" on a tense case involving an armed suspect who takes several young police officers hostage inside a police station.

Tanasije, Nevena, and their new colleague, the ambitious young psychologist Minja Kovačević, handle a delicate case involving a suicidal individual. With every intervention carrying serious risks, they must rely on patience and negotiation to prevent a tragedy.

Miloš and Minja respond to a desperate protest by workers from the Čokompanija confectionery factory, who have gone on a hunger strike over unpaid wages and poor working conditions. As tensions rise, they must prevent the situation from turning tragic.

A heroin addict's reckless plan to steal drugs from a local dealer quickly spirals into a dangerous hostage situation. Nevena and Nebojša are called in to negotiate before events take a deadly turn.

After being abruptly fired from the company where he worked for seventeen years, economist Dimitrije Simić becomes the center of a high-stakes crisis. Tanasije is assigned to the case under strict orders to keep the operation completely discreet.

After becoming consumed by anger surrounding Belgrade's Pride parade, a heavily armed man barricades himself in an apartment and opens fire on police. Tanasije and Miloš must negotiate with the unstable suspect as his untreated diabetes further complicates the standoff.

Despite attempts to use the suspect’s mother as an intermediary, the standoff continues to escalate. As pressure mounts within the negotiation team, Tanasije tries to build a fragile emotional connection with the suspect in hopes of reaching a peaceful resolution.

Tanasije and Nevena are called to a case involving Srđan Stanković, known as “Zmaj,” who has assaulted a neighbor. His behavior shifts rapidly between calm rationality and intense paranoia, making negotiation extremely difficult.

Three underage friends jokingly discuss staging a kidnapping, but the situation quickly takes a serious turn when details leak to the press. Miloš and Minja, with help from local inspector Bogi, race against time to locate Nenad before anything happens to him.

In the middle of the night, Srđan Puzović arrives at the Serbian Government building, demanding to speak with Inspector Jović or he will detonate explosives. As negotiators attempt to de-escalate the situation, mounting pressure from their superiors and personal tensions within the team push everything to a breaking point.
